Join us for an uplifting and engaging talk exploring mental wellbeing through an Islamic lens, combining faith-based reflections with practical tools for emotional wellbeing, delivered by The Lantern Initiative. A signature MyLahore ‘High Chai’ Afternoon Tea will be served.
All are welcome, 16+.
The event coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week UK.
All profits from the event will go to support the work of The Lantern Initiative.
