Our in-house expert bakers have fused the traditional Punjabi ‘gajrela’ carrot dessert with a classic British sponge cake, topped with a blend of mascarpone cream cheese and ‘khoya’ (a traditional south Asian curd). Many of the ingredients are British-grown or sourced from British heritage businesses. It’s a deliciously unique sweet treat, fit for royalty – you could say it’s a very British Asian carrot cake!

10% of all sales proceeds from the cake will go to Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, an amazing charity supporting children with life-shortening conditions, plus their families. 

Exclusively online, two days’ notice on orders (cut-off is midnight).

Orders can be collected in-store EVERYDAY from 2pm in all stores.
